Jake Fordham did a fantastic job! We've been putting off this job, but we couldn't any longer. We were heading out of town and just the night before we had water in the basement. My wife and I were very concerned because rain was in the forecast for a week. Jake came out the day before we left town. I explained what I thought the problem was and what I wanted done. He agreed with my assessment of the problem and told me he would send a formal estimate in email and start work the next day! It rained hard while we were away (a few times) and not a single drop made it into the basement. Jake I can't thank you enough for the outstanding job!

The contract I received said there was no deposit but they required a deposit. I asked why and nobody ever got back to me. Before the job was completed I received a call asking for me to pay the balance. I told them the job wasn't completed and they had no idea it was going to take another three days for it to be completed. These two things were disturbing to me.
