The JES work crew did an excellent job installing the Waterguard system (french drain). They were courteous and contained the construction dust with walls of plastic sheeting. The finished product looked clean and professional. I do not know at this point if the system will resolve my problem. I never had water in the basement (only discoloration of the block walls). The JES estimate was significantly less than the Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing and Basement Waterproofing Nationwide, Inc estimates. The only negative feeling I have is it seemed that all the contractors came in, saw I had a problem, and recommended a costly solution that would give me peace of mind, but not necessarily correct my problem. Only time will tell.
