I had largely pleasant dealings with this BBB member. There were some small construction details I would have liked to see tended to -- reburying the exposed cable line on both sides of the fence and pulling out some nails in old adjacent fencing rather than simply bending them down -- but overall the work appears solid.

They came when promised, did a great job. They finished a day later than planned, but this was due to the weather. The also did cut my FiOS line -- I had asked about calling Ms. Utility, but they said that they didn't dig deep enough and they did it by hand, so no need. Clearly, that was a mistake. However, I'm completely happy with the end result.
Additionally, they required payment ONLY upon completion, so all the "risk" was on them. This gave me high confidence that the work would be finished as requested and promised
