John was very professional. He spent hours looking into if our furnace was leaking Carbon Monixide (as another company had torn apart our furnace and said that it had a crack in it). After hours of looking he let us know there was no crack. We still decided to purchase a new furnace as ours was getting a little older. I wound't use any other company - they are honest - the prices was lower than all the other companies and they did work that they did not have to.

Affordable Air and and John Long went above and beyond to furnish us with a new furnace and air conditioner. We are thrilled to have air conditioning for the first time in our older home.
John provided the information and education we needed to make a good purchasing decision and select the best system. He helped us to stay within budget and also told us about additional things we can do to make the heat more consistent throughout our home.
