He came promptly, right on the following day. He didn't promise too much - his first visit was intended to 'just look". It turned out he did repair it then and there. Instead og a new part he somehow made the existing one work, which may not hold up for long. I would have liked to have a say in this, but probably would have made the same decision, especially since it seems easy to call him again if necessary. The price he asked for his work seemed fair to me.

Robert was very professional, timely and cost effective. We had another company look at the fan and they said it "was shot" and needed to be replaced, etc. for over $1,000! Then Robert came by and within 15 minutes had the fan running smoother than it has run ever. Lets just say we paid him far less than $1,000! He was great.
