On Sunday 12/6/09 I returned home from a trip to Canada to find half of the power in my house was no longer functional, including my heat. Keith Baldinger, the owner of KSB, returned my call with a half hour of my inquiry on servicemagic and was at my home 30 minutes later. He quickly identified the problem was with a line for which BGE is responsible but also changed my breaker switches so that I would at least have heat in the interim until a BGE technician could address the root cause of the problem. His rates were great, the service was prompt, and he went the extra mile to help out where he could.

Gerber Electric, LLC

Upgrade an Electrical Panel or Wiring in 21214

I have not had Gerber Electric do any work yet; however, the owner, Ben, has been so
helpful in explaining what needs to be done for my project. I'm thinking about getting Ben
to do the work, but I still need more time to evaluate and assess what really needs to be
done and when it may be completed. Ben seems to be very anxious and yet professional
in his attitude.
