Repair an Attic or Whole House Fan in 45230
Jeff came out within the week and diagnosed a very simple problem with the attic fan (it was "stuck"), which he promptly fixed. He explained how much life might be left in the fan and, only after I asked him, talked about alternative fans (whole house). It was not a "pitch" - he was very honest about alternatives, costs, etc. Integrity and trust rating would be HIGH for Jeff and his company.
