It was a very good experience. I was promptly contacted by Jim Petito once his name was provided to me from Service Magic. He came to my house to give me an estimate on the work the same day. The estimate was a good one that I accepted. Within the next 2 weeks he was at my house and did a very nice job on what I requested. One of the jobs was to add some outlets; Jim had to do some different work than was estimated. He had to go and get an extra part. But there was no problem or extra charge. I would not hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to others.
