Repair an Attic or Whole House Fan in 34481
Shaun (tech) had to modify new attic fan brace and fittings to fit into the old housing, so that the new fan blades would turn freely without hitting the old housing. It was not an easy job and took patience to complete the job properly, without having to call in a roofer to put in a new fan housing.

Came to the house with little notice. Scheduled arrival with tenant and satisfied the tenants concerns quickly. Price was higher than expected and time to complete job was not detailed on the invoice. Over all a good experience for a blind call.

I had the pleasure of Gerry and Steve coming out to my home. They both were amazing and spent as much time as was necessary to identify my issue and then correct it. A week after i had them come out to fix something for me i called them back out to install new power outlets and a new ceiling light fixture and switch. They are great. Highly recommended.
