The service man explained thoroughly the process and also explained how to get the most years from my air conditioner. He did not try to sell me a new air conditioner. Another quote I received from a competitor was at twice and seemed as if they were telling me the air conditioner was not in good condition etc. I highly recommend Preferred Plumbing based on price, service and level of knowledge.

I had my first experience last month. Steve was the plumber. Was here in one hour. Fixed the problem. Nice guy.

I had my second experience with Preferred Plumbing last night and today. My rating explanation will be addressed when I received the request for rating. Not a good experience.
