John was very professional. He spent hours looking into if our furnace was leaking Carbon Monixide (as another company had torn apart our furnace and said that it had a crack in it). After hours of looking he let us know there was no crack. We still decided to purchase a new furnace as ours was getting a little older. I wound't use any other company - they are honest - the prices was lower than all the other companies and they did work that they did not have to.
