I had a whole house fan that had stopped working and either needed to be replaced or repaired. Most electricians wouldn't touch it, calling it an HVAC job, and vice-versa. Brightway is one of the few companies in SE Michigan that handles them. Service was very prompt -- the next day, and flexibly scheduled. It was quickly determined that I didn't need a new fan after all. It just needed a new part and some lubrication. Brightway knows almost all of the local part suppliers and quickly located a part, went to get it, and quickly fixed the fan. The total cost was just a fraction of the cost of replacing the fan. Very highly recommended!
