Richard and his helper showed up exactly on time. Had to remove thermostat which would have been easy, but being in a manufactured home had its challenges. Had to go up into attic and feed down wire through very tight spot. Very knowledgeable on furnace and wiring which also had some problems. When they were through, they thoroughly cleaned up area. I am having them back to install a dedicated line in which they have to crawl under house, which is no fun under a manufactured home. These guys are the best electricians!

WOW! Richard Joseph was a gift! I've waited forever to have someone contact me in regards to hanging a fan. I signed on at 10am this morning to the Servicemagic site and within a minute my phone rang truly within a minute! I was available for a 1:00pm appointment not only did Richard Joseph show up on time but what a great job at such a fair price.
