Dana was phenominal! He was very accomodating and work around last minute changes in our schedule to get the job done. Dana was fast, efficient and extremely neat. At the end of the installation Dana shut down the main power, fired up the generator and walked us through everything we would have to do in the event of a reall power failure. Everything worked perfectly.
