The communication was excellent. The estimate was in line with others but Mitchell did an excellent job in detailing what needed to be done. The weather kept working against us but they tried to accommodate my schedule by offering to come any time when the weather would permit. After several rain delays they started with the interior work and a few rain delays later were able to complete the exterior work. I few minor details with the interior work could have been slightly better and the exterior work was absolutely solid.
