Jeremy came out along with 2 other guys. They did the job as expect with no major problems. I have beige carpeting and 4 black marks were left in the closet where the ladder stood. I had to scrub these marks out. The hole that was cut for the switch was a tad too big. When they put the switch cover on, gaps showed through the sides. I patched it up and painted to match. Hole was patched up on the ceiling. I will have to sand it down and paint. Few scuff marks left on ceiling as well. Overall, the job was done, friendly crew, and no major issues. They accommodated my request for the hardware. They came out even though it was raining. The price was fair. They worked fast. I think if I do decide to use them in the future, I would ask them to pay a little bit more attention to details.
