Installation was the same day I called, but I had to pick up the fan myself at Home Depot, which was a bit unusual.

The serviceman, Matt, was very professional and straight forward. He was able to remove the attic fan motor and replace it in a very short period of time. He was able to do the work outside in his truck so there was no mess. We will probably call of them again for other electrical work.
