Positives: Very knowledgeable and clean. The estimate was spot-on. Filled out insurance document without an additional charge.
Negatives: I was charged for the full estimate price even though all the estimated work in the end didn't end up being necessary (thank goodness). I did ask for an adjustment (and I received it). Communication was a little lacking - I wasn't on present on the job site, but didn't get calls to update me; and I wasn't informed they don't take credit cards as pmt until the job was already done. Very inconvenient for us both. I ended up paying Cash APR% for the job. Though Matt was very patient in the pmt delay it caused
