Chris was the first to contact me and was able to schedule the repair two days later. He provide;d a description of the work to be performed and written reponses via e-mail to all my questions. Except for a small amount of material falling into my bathroom during the repair I was very happy with work performed. Jose', who did most of the work, was very personable. Heavy rains during the Labor Day holiday provided a good test of the repair and produced no leaks.
