Very responsive to intiail inquiry, they came out to my house early the next day to prvoide me with a very fair estimate for work required on my roof. Eventually, the job was given to this comapny and they cam out on Thanksgiving morning (after assurance they were not disturbing my family or company). They were efficient, completed the job in timely manner and took the time to review the work they had done.

After meeting with a leading hardware store's "experts" who told me they would have to replace my ENTIRE roof to fix my tiny leak- Kojak renovations came in and figured out that my problem wasn't even my roof at all! It was actually a siding issue which they were able to fix in an hour and for about 2% of the cost of a new roof. I'll be using them again for any of my roofing needs.
