I contacted Servicemagic to find a contactor for a repair of a shingle roof. The roof had problems with ridge vent caps. There was also an area where tree damage had occured and shingles needed to be removed and replaced.
Just at the moment I entered my request with Servicemagic...the phone rang and it was David Smith from Dependable Contracting Services. He and his assistant came immediately to evaluate the damage, establish materials needed to make the repair and most importantly gave a firm quote.

Basim was great, he came out and quickly assessed the job and gave me an estimate, and full description of what he was going to do. The other people I got quotes from seemed very good also, it was hard to choose, so I went with the lowest price, Basim. he came back quickly and had the job completed in two days! He cleaned up after putting everything in a dumpster. The work came out well , he is very smart and knows his busness, his workers were also very good and helpful.
