He was prompt in meeting the time he committed to meet to review the job required and quote. He was very detailed and explained what he thought was needed and why, then the quote detailed what was discussed. I found that he was very professional when I contacted him to advise that he had won my job, he came out one more time just to confirm so that there were no surprises. His crew worked very hard with a short lunch break, good work ethic. They also did a good job on the cleanup when job was completed. I would definitely recommend them and when I have a job in the future that would require his service I will call him.

I needed immediate help with my roof due to the severe weather and snow we had this Winter - Tom (Owner) arrived within an hour – and helped me with my immediate needs - then returned (multiple times) for follow ups, roof inspection (between snow coverings on my roof) and then made immediate needed repairs to my aging roof. He took the time to listen to all my concerns, fix the immediate issues, cleaned up his work, explained everything as needed and recommended long term options - his pricing was reasonable - I'll definitely use again and refer him to others as well - Thanks TOM!!
