I dealt with Scott, who said he was the owner and Paul was no longer involved with the company. Scott gave me an estimate upon inspection. He discussed several options with me -- shingles, rolled roofing, membrane -- and let me select what I wanted. He didn't require a deposit and waited until the job was done to be paid.
He wrote a contingency into the bid, and stuck to that price. Although I was required to provide some materails, he bought and paid for materials when the ones that I provided ran out. The job looks great and appears to be very professional.
