He did the repair quickly, inspected the roof's condition and gave me an estimate for all new shingles. He was confident that I would not have any more leaks where he did the repair.

He responded right away and came over. I just had him remove the ice dam for now, and no more leaking! He also quoted me for replacing the roof with ice dam protection... I'll probably hire him to do this work, but I need to wait a couple months to accumulate some money.

We worked with John Shanahan for our roof replacement. He canceled a couple of our first meetings on very short notice; however, when we finally met, he explained our options fully and gave us a lot of good information to make a decision. The roof was supposed to be completed in one day, but it was about a week before everything was finished (due to running out of materials, etc.) Otherwise, the roof turned out well and the cleanup was fairly thorough. Despite the company's troubles with time management, they are friendly and the work is good. If you don't have a pressing time crunch for a job, I would recommend this company.
