David responded *very* promptly to the email equest (like maybe 5 minutes). We setup a time to be here the next day at between 9:30AM and 10AM. He was here promptly at 9:30AM. He analyzed the problem with a leak around my chimney, proposed a fix. David was courteous and knowedgeable about roofs.
I went up on the roof with him and looked at what he was proposing to do. I agreed with his assessment of the leak around the chimney. David fixed the leak around the chimney and charged a small fee.
I would use David again.
