I hired 'New Look' for minor roof repairs. All people that I communicated with, both on the phone and in person, were courteous and attentive. They were helpful in working to my schedule. My only complaint is that I never recieved a 'documented' reciept, only an initialed 3x5 description of the repair (in pencil).

Pros: Fast, Efficient and Professional. -Excellent Roofing Job.
Cons: A spotlight mount was broken and not reported to us. We didn't notice until just recently, as it had been propped up with roofing nails...
Also, a lot of roofing nails were left on the ground.
