Mike was great! He told me he has a successful history of repairing roof leaks. So, before he started the repair, I tested it by running water with the hose and, within a couple of minutes, was able to duplicate the problem. After he fixed it, I ran the hose again for 5 minutes and, VOILA, no leak! He was also the most reasonably priced, beating out the competitor's quotes the very first time.

They showed up on time (which is a definite plus),completed the job quickly and effiiciently, and they cleaned up after they were done. You never would have known that someone had worked on our roof. They even took pictures of the work completed so we could see the end product.

Company contacted us shortly after I entered my project on Service Magic website. Employee arrived as promised for estimate. Estimate was reasonable for replacing the ridge line. Additionally, they included redoing mastic (sp?) on all openings. Workers showed up at time promised, did the work and cleaned up very well. The only negative was I was unable to understand the workers, so I had to contact the office to find out how to make payment. Otherwise this was a very smooth job!
