The representative seemed very knowledgeable about the roofing process, and gave me a great estimate for the job. It took me a couple weeks to get back to them because I wanted another estimate, and they were able to get my job done the same week. The only concern I have is I don't really have anything in writing in regards to the work done or the warranty on the materials and workmanship. All I have is the informal estimate. My neighbors remarked that they didn't hear any construction going on the day my work was done, and his dogs didn't bark at all, which makes me very insecure that the job was done at all.
