I had a valley flashing problem on my 16 year old roof that was causing a leak going down the shared wall between the garage and house, ending up in a finished basement room. Ben called within 24 hrs of my submitting the request on ServiceMagic. We set up a time the next day for him to inspect the problem and provide a quote. The quote was reasonable, and with a shake of the hand we agreed on a date to get the work done. A few days later Ben was on our roof fixing the valley flashing....We've had a couple good rains since them and no leaks!
I'd hire Ben again in a minute.

Easy to contact & communicate with, by phone, to arrange for estimate & roof repairs. I had another company give me an estimate, prior to contacting Jetz Construction, & they proposed doing more extensive, more expensive repairs to solve the leakage problem. Both contractors identified the same problem areas, but their resolutions differed. Jetz Construction took into consideration the age of the roof & suggested appropriate measures. It has rained very hard since the repairs were done, with no leaks. I would definitely recommend Jetz
Construction.
