This was the first time I used a professional from Servicemagic. I was a little nervous, since this was the first time I used someone not referred from a friend or family member. Terence was a pleasant surprise. He was professional and gave a competitive quote. I appreciated a contractor who was flexible, professional and got the job done without tacking 10 additional charges on unexpectedley. The work he did looks great and I look forward to using this contractor again for future projects. I would definately refer him to friends and family!

Remove Snow from Walks, Drives and Roofs in 45224

I talked with Dave from DLK Specialities several times today, and during each conversation, he was polite, professional, and courteous. He arrived at my sister's home in a timely manner, and did a great job removing snow before my disabled sister arrived home from dialysis. He did such a great job, two of my other sisters that stopped by my sister's home wanted to know who did such a great job removing the snow. I know that I will call Dave from DLK Specialities again, and I can see myself referring him to others particularly if he is as professional when completing other workjobs.
