Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof in 03032

The simplest key to successful contracting is finding a contractor who'll do what he says he'll do when he says he'll do it. AJC did exactly that. They were attentive and always behaved like they wanted the business and wanted to do it right. When a few minor things weren't perfect, they did their best to correct them.

I would recommend AJC if you do not care about your property beyond the roof. The roof came out great and pricing outshined the other quotes. Job was done very soon after reaching agreement and in a single day. My only two complaints would be about the care of our property and the cleanup. Tarps were simply laid across our flower beds and then the old shingles were piled on. All of the plants across the entire front of my house are mashed completely flat. The tarps were then dragged over the grass leaving mulch strewn about the lawn. I have picked up dozens of nails and staples, many pieces of shingles, plastic strips, and rubber bands.
