1 month after install my roof leaked destroying the ceiling in the room. This was in October 2008 they finished the install in September. I was told my Jason that he would be here and the ceiling would be fixed by Christmas. I have not heard from him. I sent an email without a response. Due to another leak in the roof I called him and he said he was sorry that he did not answer the email but he had been in Florida with his children and that his grandmother had died. I believe this is the second time I have been told his grandmother in Florida has died. We made arrangements for him to call my by 2/01/09 - still no return call
