The project started later than indicated and, after the project started, no one worked on several workable days. I felt like I was getting different responses from Mr. Lewis and from the foreman of the roofing team regarding the job schedule and the cause of delays.
Overall, we are pleased with the quality of the work, but we were not given any input into the color of the flashing. When the job was finished, it took several days to have the dumpster removed. Overall, we are happy with the work that was done and my complaints are generally fairly minor.

They were prompt in getting in touch with me. They expalined everything they would do for this roofing project. They went to the property and inspected the roof. They sent me a contract by email which detailed the materiels they would use and explained any additional charges upfront once the old roof was removed. They sent copies of all their licenses and insurance. They completed the job in a timely manner.
