I thought that United Painting gave a good representation of the work that would be done regarding the replacement of a new roof. He explained the flashing, ice barrier and roof ridge for ventilation very satisfactorily. On the questions that I presented him, which I already knew the answers, he didn't try to give me a snow job like others would. He told me what I needed and what I didn't. I liked that about him. He was very honest with me. As for the workers that did the job, when I questioned them about a concern, I was explained fully about how the situation would be addressed. I can't say more about how pleased I am of the work done.

They sent me a contract by email which detailed the materiels they would use and explained any additional charges upfront once the old roof was removed. They sent copies of all their licenses and insurance. They completed the job in a timely manner.
