They were prompt and on time. They were on the job when they said they would be. The men and crews were very knowledgable and hard working. I am satified with the overall finished look of the project.
The negative side of my expierence is that the incorrect windows were installed and had to be removed and replaced with the correct ones. The contract clearly stated which windows to order. This mistake brought the entire project to a grinding halt for two plus weeks. This mishap made me feel as though I should be present during the remainder of the project. Hence, I had to take days off from work to supervise to make sure things were done correctly. There may have been a lack of communication between management and workers.
In conclusion, all of my questions, comments, and concerns were handled promptly and professionally. The forethought and courteousness of the men and crews doing the actuall work was outstanding. They asked lots of questions which made me feel as though they wanted to do a good job - in essence - please the customer. They succeeded! I would recommend All County Exteriors as a credible contractor.
