Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof in 11520
The work was done in a timely fashion and it was performed with in a couple days of the initial estimate. He explained everything he was going to do and what he could find when the original roofing material was removed and what he would do to fix it. He did an inspection on the rest of the roof and pointed out other sections that would need repair. No push by him to have it done by him, jjust that the areas needed attention... he will be the one we contact when we are ready to do the job

Overall work seems satisfactory -- tho they tried to cut corners, like applying stucco without steel mesh or anchoring material. (That's not acceptable here in the northeast where freezing would shortly undermine the stucco.)
Stone mason used was very competent
This homeowner had to supply electric extension cords and powerwasher to contractor and his men.-Why?
