Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof in 21013
They did not show up on the day scheduled and did not contact me in any way to let me know that they needed to change the date. I finally called them (when no one showed up) and was told they had men out sick and would come the following day. The rescheduling was not a problem for me but I feel that I should have been notified. The same thing happened when I needed to call for a repair (the roof leaked). The leak was fixed several days later.

Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof in 21234
Liberty installed a new roof and all replacement windows on my house. In the end all jobs were completed to my satisfaction, but they did not complete either job right the first time, which is why I rate them a 3 star. On the roof, the installer fell through the living room ceiling and just left the debris on the floor. Liberty paid to have it repaired. Then the gutter was left loose and a drip edge was not installed on one side. These they also came back to fix, but again, not done right the first time.
On the windows, the installer damaged the sills and trim and some windows came without grids. All were fixed but it was aggravating.

We LOVE Kelbie Home Improvement. Mr. Kelbie provided a good price and a great product & service. And all the Kelbie(s) were the best workers ever~! After providing a new roof, we ask them to waterproof our structure walls. The house is over 100 years old and by the time they finished their work, it looked spectacular.
