Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof in 55045
The entire crew was professional and friendly, keeping me informed of progress throughout the project. Their price was very competitive and the project took only two days, including some rain delay. The post project mess was minimal and they did an outstanding job of site clean up. Steve even pointed out an LP leak that I was not aware of. I'm anticipating some additional home repairs and SKB will be my first call. These guys have helped restore my confidence in home repair contractors.

Install Interior Trim and Decorative Moldings in 55112
SKB Construction did a fine job putting in 4 doors and trim around the windows, doors and baseboards. Very nice to do business with and I'm happy with the results. I would recommend them to my friends. When they were finished, the price was the same as what he quoted me at the beginning. No surprises and I like that. I would hire them again for future projects.

Install Carpentry Framing in 55056
Framed my basement. Did a pro job, cleaned up after themselves both days, and thought ahead enough in order for me to get 12' sheets of drywall in by pre-constructing a wall but not placing it in what would have been a constrictive spot. They are pros.
