Bob arrived at the scheduled appointment five minutes early and then proceeded to explain in full detail what the next steps were going to be. He was extremely courteous and professional. Happily, the samples that he took from my home were negative for asbestos and I did not require any further work from the company, however I would highly recommend them to anyone based on my interaction with Mr. Swandeck.
