Neal called back promptly and was able to discuss both our asbestos concerns and let us know we did not need asbestos inspection or removal. We appreciate not getting unnecessary services. A different company called us back later and tried to convince us we should get testing but without any clear evidence or rationale to support the recommendation.

Brady was who came out and did the testing for the asbestos. He was very pleasant to talk to on the phone and definitely knew what he was doing. I was in the process of moving in while the asbestos was being removed. I felt very comfortable being there because the guys that did the removal had the room sealed off and the machines going. They did a great job. I had half of a basement removed. I would say the price wasn't as bad as I thought but it was still up there. $1700. But still I thought I was looking at 2-3K. Good job!
