They were prompt in contacting me after initial information request was submitted. They followed up with a couple of phone calls, confirmed the appointment the day prior and showed up AHEAD of time for the appointment. The service tech, Mike, was polite, professional and friendly. He answered all the questions I asked. I am currently waiting for the test results for which I have been given a projected date for a verbal response. I do not expect any issues based on the professional way I have been treated so far.

H&S responded quickly....took the sample within a couple of days and had the results in a couple of days. I was so pleased with everything that I also hired them to replace the flooring in room that had the asbestos.
