We were having a vacant building inspected for asbestos prior to demolition. The lock on the security gate had not been opened in several years. The tester had no problem trying to help open the lock. He also had no problem with helping to open the door that had swollen in different places due to the rain and humidity. He stayed around after he finished his work to make sure that the door was secured properly. Very friendly and very professional. The work was done quickly and efficiently.
