Chris from Farsight called before I left Service Magic website. He came quickly and took samples for testing, and had the results to the lab on Friday, and Monday afternoon I had the results. He called not long after to give me a quote on cleanup that was quite reasonable and way under what Google had me thinking it would be. Excellent response, response time, and followup. I will be receiving a hard copy of the test results in the mail.
