I am benefiting by his knowledge and experience, and I am so happy I found him!!
We recently purchased our home, and there are problems, maintenance tasks - the list is long. Kevin is doing the whole list, including insulation in the crawl spaces, he fixed my poorly done bifold closet doors, prepared walls and moldings for the painter, HE EVEN FOUND AND FIXED THE SOURCE OF THE PESKY ELUSIVE BASEMENT SMELL!!
I only hesitate to write this review because I don't want to share him!!

Kevin is a consummate professional. His work ethic is beyond reproach. He calls when promised. He keeps his appointments. His fees are never more than anticipated. He actually keeps his clients budget in mind when preparing a quote. Work he has performed to date: deck repair, installation of a exterior door with a dog door, and door frame repair. I highly recommend Kevin. No worries here!
