The person (Larry) was experienced and knowlegable about Asbestos and performed the job (asbestos removas) appropriately for his personal safety as well keeping our household free of asbestos. The workmanship quality was excellent... however the management never called to confirm the appointment, didn't show up on the right day....showed up at the wrong address....and put two big gouges into my wooden staircase...and even after all that they did such a great job, they were friendly and accomodating...i hope it just shows in the final bill
