The project is still in process but Alex has been incredible. The reason I chose Alex was because he believed in the project. I had big ideas about building a house utilizing some green construction techniques such as ICF's, geothermal heating/cooling and others. I also had a small budget compared to the monolithic houses built by people with deep pockets that you see on TV. As I am acting as GC and performing most of the interior work myself I thought it was very do-able. Alex believed it could be done and that he could design it for me. He has had great ideas and so far, he has been excellent. I can't wait to get started building!!!
