My project was new construction: a garage, workshop, and apartment on a slab foundation. The architect's fee was competitive to other's advertised fees. He was always quick to respond to my concerns and questions, at times phoning me to clarify an e-mail message I had sent. He was patient in explaining my options when I had a question, and effected requested changes to the drawings in timely fashion. Totally professional in all regards.
