My project ( building a new house) was extrodinary in that restrictions stopped us at every turn. Between The Highlands Act, setbacks, etc., this was no easy task for Jim. Yet, he prevailed with an excellent floor plan and beautiful house design, top to bottom. From a techchnical stand point- being a General Contractor/ Builder, and having worked off many a blue print, Jim's plans were spot on. From rise/ run of roof rafters, elevations, load points, valley rafters, dimensions, etc.. It all checked out. Seldom do I get to work off plans where the Architect actually checks his math. Jim did an excellent job.
