Hire an Architect to Design a Project in 91360
This was a relatively small project as architectural services might apply, and we thought perhaps we were using a cannon on a mosquito, but by engaging Eric Rohlfing on the job and paying his fee, we finally had a concrete plan for moving ahead. He spent time with us on understanding details of the drawings and renderings he gave us. I would imagine that we will save the cost of his fee just in the time of job execution alone.
Since we could bring in the tradesmen and show them the plans, everybody was addressing the same program. We could all discuss the actual problems faced because drawings were detailed but flexible.
