Very prompt service; very nice worker; very efficient billing with credit card and receipt by email pdf.
Value for money: nothing special, perhaps a bit expensive, but the excellent service was worth paying for. A bit vague in advance about the price, understandable as it depended on time the job took, but could perhaps have been more precise in advance (but then I could have also insisted more). As only got a total bill, don't know what was the breakdown between material (expensive) and labor.

So far so good--we are in the middle of the project--actually, not wuite the moddle. Getting a permit took a little longer than expected, but Brandon pushed, along with me, and we finally got it. As soon as we are done I can report again.
