I made a request yesterday and Michael, service man, came to my home at 11:30am the next day. Michael was punctual, honest, responsible, informative, smart, and really assessed my problem which was the down draft exhaust behind my 6 burner gas grill would not elevate and work. He assessed that this was a more complicated job and he needed a second service man to help him. MIchael was a true professional--honest, integrity, knowledgeable. He himself will come back with a second repair man. In the mean time, he took down the model number of my appliance and said he would look into it after he got back to the shop. EXCELLENT. HIre anytime
